I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On one hand, the initial communication with the dealership was flawless. From the start until I was assigned my salesperson, Nick, everything was han On one hand, the initial communication with the dealership was flawless. From the start until I was assigned my salesperson, Nick, everything was handled with total professionalism. Nick was fantastic—attentive, respectful, honest, and highly communicative. He even went above and beyond to help me set up the vehicle’s tech for my maiden drive. If it were just based on Nick, this would be a 5-star review. HOWEVER, my experience with the Financial Manager was extremely disheartening and, frankly, revolting. He lacked basic respect, empathy, and the patience required to explain the details of a major loan. His massive ego and lack of understanding left me feeling agitated and unwelcome. Instead of feeling supported during a significant purchase, I felt pressured to stop asking questions just so I could escape the room as quickly as possible. It is a shame that such a talented salesperson like Nick is represented by someone so unprofessional in the finance office. Someone with that level of agitation and lack of customer empathy has no business being in a position of authority at a reputable dealership. Because of the financial office experience, I cannot give more than 2 stars. More

Nik is an excellent and honest salesman, also very knowledgeable. We got to the dealership later on in the day and he really worked to help us get that car before closing. There was an inconvenience w knowledgeable. We got to the dealership later on in the day and he really worked to help us get that car before closing. There was an inconvenience where the key fob was locked in the car during the detailing process but he made sure we got that key fob so we could have the car for our big trip the next day. I am glad we had him as our salesman! More

My contract was agreed on 15k miles per year, NOT 12k per year. I felt like this was a bait and switch. Very disappointing!
