After finding the car we wanted online we visited the dealership. We were welcomed by 2 great salespeople, but it quickly went downhill. We were trading in a truck and had agreed to several terms. Since dealership. We were welcomed by 2 great salespeople, but it quickly went downhill. We were trading in a truck and had agreed to several terms. Since it was a weekend we couldn’t complete everything so we returned during the week. After showing up with the down payment they said we needed they kept us waiting for over 2 hours just to tell us they messed up on our paperwork and the value of our trade and could no longer proceed. Needless to say they could care less about their customers! We walked out after wasting our time. Upon leaving the dealership we were rudely told not to speak to anyone on our way out. One of the finance managers made a scene in front of other customers in the parking lot. I’d advise anyone looking for an honest dealership to stay away from Hayes Nissan of Rivergate. More

Professional staff but misrepresented vehicles. I convinced my wife to drive three hours to this dealership for a misrepresented vehicle. I worked with Sales Associate Nikki, she was professional an I convinced my wife to drive three hours to this dealership for a misrepresented vehicle. I worked with Sales Associate Nikki, she was professional and nice, but the vehicle that my wife and I were interested in had major defects that were not disclosed in the ad or over the phone. Vehicle was not in acceptable driving condition on the lot. The radio was inoperable, there was no rear windshield wiper, and there were no valve stem caps on any of the tires. To reiterate none of these issues were disclosed upon asking for information. More

Treated Like Family I have been helping my parents look for a new vehicle since their lease was about to end. We went to several dealerships but were not satisfied with I have been helping my parents look for a new vehicle since their lease was about to end. We went to several dealerships but were not satisfied with the customer service. I called Nissan of Rivergate and talked with Jason Moore (Sales Manager) about getting a quote for them. He responded quickly with an email quote. I continued to converse about different options and he continued to respond quickly. I was impressed. So I took my parents to the dealership to make final decisions. We worked with Nikki Wallace. She was a jewel. Very warm and personable. She made us feel comfortable right away. She treated us like family. Nikki and Jason worked through the pricing with us without any pressure. We then went into the finance office to finish up and worked with Joe Fyke (Finance Manager). He was such a nice guy and very personable as well. He made the signing process fun and simple. We also met Ted Williams (General Manager) in the process. He was out doing things on the lot that you typically don't see a GM do. It was obvious he was very invested and humble enough to do whatever it took even if it meant cleaning up a car himself. I really can't say enough nice things about the people we worked with at Nissan of Rivergate. They appear to have a good thing going there! We were told that the Hayes family is not in this for the money but that they truly care and enjoy what they do. I believe they foster this in their employees. So thank you Mr. Williams, Jason, Nikki, Joe and Phillip for making our experience of leasing a new vehicle pleasurable. We will be back! More

This was our first purchase from them, but they treated us as if we were lifelong customers. Normally filling out finance paperwork is boring, but the finance manager, Zach Nguyen, made the whole process fun. Our sales consultants, Justin Garlock and Nikki Wallace, were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and SUPER helpful. Nikki spent at least 30 minutes explaining how all of the features work while Justin swapped our license plates and helped my husband transfer everything from our old car into the Rogue. As we were finishing up, the General Manager walked up and thanked us for our business, made sure that we were 100% satisfied, and presented us with a small gift of appreciation. Nothing like that has ever happened to us In the 40+ years that we've been purchasing vehicles! The folks at Nissan of Rivergate are top-notch all the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! More

I spoke to Nikki on the phone prior to us driving to dealership because we live 2 1/2 hours away. We also spoke to Rodney, one of the managers. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful they were and even more in person. From the time we walked up to the front door, we were greeted by Jamal, who we can also say was super nice!! We also met Zach. He was also friendly and a lot of fun. We have never been treated so nice and felt so welcomed at a dealership than we have this one.
