I feel I had exceptional service at Nissan in ec. Brian the mechanic worked tirelessly to work on an issue my car had. Nikki at the desk was very accommodating to all of the service I needed. I went in because my dad’s neighbor said flexpipe needed to be fixed. I got a call after the diagnostic exam and the lady said exhaust system needed to be replaced. I told my parents just to update them on to be fixed. I got a call after the diagnostic exam and the lady said exhaust system needed to be replaced. I told my parents just to update them on stuff and they said they knew someone who could do it a lot cheaper. I was quoted at $950. After my mom came to pick up my car from the dealership, the lady then told my mom it was the resonator that needed to be fixed. Were you purposely trying to upsell me to replace an entire system that didn’t need to be changed? Just one thing? Or did you just not read the screen correctly to give me all the information I needed? Definitely not coming back here if the only goal is to lie, not explain the actual problem first, and upsell the crap out of me. Not impressed. More

Had pro pak a done. Multiple areas of interior missed for treatment. Headrests, back pockets of seats and dash VERY noticeably missed.
