I Felt Ms Romero, was way too aggressive trying to convince me to purchase the extended warranty. She just absolutely refused to take no for an answer .Even when I told her that the payment was alread convince me to purchase the extended warranty. She just absolutely refused to take no for an answer .Even when I told her that the payment was already at the very top of my budget. She still kept trying to convince me to add the the warranty.At that point I politely excused myself from her office. The purchase was completed by two other really nice, but highly deceptive employees. More
