I'm very much disappointed this time, service guy came and told me that for oil change the wait time is from 3.5 hrs to 4.5 hrs. If they don't h ave the capacity to meet the demand, then why do they take and told me that for oil change the wait time is from 3.5 hrs to 4.5 hrs. I have been a customer with this dealership for 6 years, and haver never been disappointed. I don't care how many people are in line for repairs, the advisors move them quickly. All employees are professional, and have great customers service skills. I am partial to Mr Lucky, he wasn't there today. Mr Rico took care of me today, and I was very pleased with him.
