Torey Burks Very understanding young man. He took care of my needs and got me a car I don't have to worry about while driving. I was driving a Focus with 2 recall Very understanding young man. He took care of my needs and got me a car I don't have to worry about while driving. I was driving a Focus with 2 recalls that I purchased through Mike Roaman and felt very unsafe when I had it serviced for 2 weeks and it was still acting up at 34000 miles. I don't like to worry. Trade in was inevitable. Great to be taken care of with an understanding salesman and service advisor Nicole. Very pleasant people!! More

Nicole in service for helping us through our ordeal! Nicole was very instrumental in helping us towards the end of our ordeal with toccata airbags. Towards the end, Ford and Lincoln lacked communication about the availability of parts and being able to communicate that with the parts department at the dealership! It just seemed like it took a long time for Nicole to find anything out from the parts department at the dealership! It just was so confusing to receive letters from Ford Lincoln saying parts were available and I would call and they weren’t! More

Superior service We we traveling to Texas in our F350 pulling a 5th wheel trailer. It was Saturday after Christmas. About one mile out of North Little Rock on I 40 t We we traveling to Texas in our F350 pulling a 5th wheel trailer. It was Saturday after Christmas. About one mile out of North Little Rock on I 40 the truck had mechanical problems. I call another Ford dealer twice and after no one picked up in the service dept, or returned my call, I called McLarty Ford. I spoke with Nicole Wilson in the service dept, and she told me they would not be able to look at it until Monday. We then called out emergency road service and it found a Firestone that could look at it. The truck was towed there, but they discovered a valve problem and could not do the work. I called Nicole at McLarty and she took the information on my truck and what Firestone had found. I informed her a tow truck was on the way and she told me she would wait for us to arrive. When I arrived, she got everything ready for the truck to be worked on Monday and even helped with the car rental. When all was said and done, it was well after the time the dealership closed. Nicole Wilson is the GREATEST. Give her a raise. She is what makes a dealership SUPERIOR. Dave More

Oil Change (The works) Upon arrival I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. No one offered to help or assist me for several minutes even though I was the only customer Upon arrival I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. No one offered to help or assist me for several minutes even though I was the only customer standing in the area of the service desk where 2 employees were positioned. The customer service I received for this visit was not what I am used to receiving from Ford. I am hoping this visit was a one off. More

The staff is very helpful The staff of Mark McLarty ford in the service department is very helpful and fast in there job! I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotat The staff of Mark McLarty ford in the service department is very helpful and fast in there job! I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, they had me taken care of in an hour or so and was out the door! My truck was clean as if no one had been it at all! I can not thank them enough for the great job the do and the care for my vechile they take such great care of!!! I didn’t catch the name of the lady that helped me, but her desk if you walk in from service bay was the last one on the right up against the wall More
