Nicole Thompson is a Service Advisor at Jones Ford and Jones GMC. She began her career in the service department in 2019 and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping customers keep their vehicles in top condition. Originally from Enville, TN, she has built strong relationships with customers, making their service experience smooth and stress-free.She attended college for nursing, but her passion for customer service and vehicle care led her to the automotive industry. What she loves most about her job is the relationships she has built with her customers, ensuring they receive top-quality service and support. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys church, spending time with her twin boys, and going to the beach. As her boys enter new chapters in their lives, she looks forward to watching them grow and accomplish great things. She also adores her sweet dogs, Marley and Bruno, who bring joy to her family every day.
