Simple, fair, and pleasant buying experience Nicole was excellent. She worked with us to identify the options we wanted on our F-150 and was able to locate a vehicle with those options. Nicole kept us informed of the progress obtaining the vehicle. We upgraded to the Katzkin leather seats, and they are great.
