William was knowledgeable, funny, and not pushy at all. He didn’t push us to buy the highest possible trim package of the vehicle we were looking at, and he in fact actually agreed that the lower cost of the two we were looking at would probably meet our needs the best. William was also spot on with his estimate of when the paperwork would be completed and the vehicle would be ready. He was flexible and collaborative throughout the entire day, and he even went out of his way to find a way to make the insurance verification process work WITHOUT us having to bother our insurance broker, who is a family friend, on the weekend. All in all, I’d highly recommend William for your vehicle buying needs! More

My sales rep, Nicole, took care of me from start to finish. I told her the vehicle I was interested in and she promptly pulled up the details. I think the best thing I can say about this dealership as it’s clean, followed by my sales associate Nicole. I’ve had to run around for months proving maintenance was let down time and time again the last ti it’s clean, followed by my sales associate Nicole. I’ve had to run around for months proving maintenance was let down time and time again the last time I picked up my car, the hood wasn’t shut and I was driving 50 miles an hour down Oracle could’ve gotten to a very bad accident The gas tank was left on E with the light on after leaving my car there for the fourth time so they can work on it they told me they drove the car for 20 miles and they gave it back with fumes not happy but I must say Nicole handled herself professionally is definitely an asset to this dealership without her. You would’ve lost my business. This girl‘s going places and if you’re smart, you’ll take care of her. She’s a leader, not a follower. More
