Indeed, the CDJR Chesapeake service was far from exceptional and actually required my check up on work completed prior to me leaving the dealership due to my lack of trust. And yes, I turned in my exceptional and actually required my check up on work completed prior to me leaving the dealership due to my lack of trust. And yes, I turned in my vehicle immediately for deficiencies correction because work was simply not done (e.g.: the coolant check). I highly recommend Southern CDJR Chesapeake personnel become familiar with MOPAR website requirements of the "Express Lane" service rather than staying on their own program. More

Issue not resolved. Still waiting to know if the part was ordered. Was told by a service agent that it was ordered around 02NOV24 and after about two weeks and multiple Still waiting to know if the part was ordered. Then spoke with the service manager directly and they stated it would 5-7 business days and that was over three weeks ago. We still have not heard from the service department with an update or way forward again after multiple calls and voicemails this week 13DEC24. More
