I needed an oil change and state inspection. Service dept was able to schedule me in last minute. I wasn’t able to get back to the dealership before they closed that day. After visiting the Norfolk Southern on numerous occasions and being let down with the issue that I was having with my vehicle, this location turned things around in a tremendous way. The general manager Davi and being let down with the issue that I was having with my vehicle, this location turned things around in a tremendous way. The general manager David was absolutely phenomenal in making me feel valued and actually generally showing concern with my issue. My service agent Angela provided exceptional service and had my issue fixed in a timely manner once my vehicle was able to actually get in. She was very courteous and professional. Zach, my vehicle technician finally fixed my issue with my vehicle and I could not be happier. After having an alternator replaced, as well as a tensioner belt and pulley replaced, Zach was finally able to properly diagnose my vehicle and in talking with him he was very upfront and honest about everything which felt nice after constantly being lied to and given false information from the other location. All in all this location was just a breath of fresh air in comparison to what I had to go through at the Norfolk location. I plan on conducting all of my business here at this location going forward. Small things that I noticed at this location was the care that they handled my vehicle with. They actually used floor mats and seat covers while their technicians were in and out of the vehicle, something that Norfolk didn’t do at all. It was nice to get my vehicle back and not have oil prints in my floor mats for a change, again, it’s the little things that they did at this location that went a long way. After giving up on Southern as a whole, this location really turned things around for me and gave me a glimmer of hope. Thank you again to David, Angela and Zach, you all have saved me a big headache with the ongoing issue that I was having. Words cannot express my gratitude to all of you. Also Nicole was nice enough to put my plates on my vehicle from the loaner and MJ also was a pleasure to work with as well in helping me with all of the loaner vehicle stuff. Elliott was a huge help also in helping me get my vehicle appraised. More
