Dealer sold us a bad used car. In a few short months it went through all the oil with no leaks then a week later it went through all the oil and broke a motor mount and a belt. We In a few short months it went through all the oil with no leaks then a week later it went through all the oil and broke a motor mount and a belt. We had to have it towed to them. They had it for 2 weeks to replace piston rings and motor mount. Picked up on Monday and by Wednesday the oil was gone. They said they might have forgotten to put oil in it!!!!!!!!!!! A week later the engine light came on for a rocker arm. A mechanic at another location turned off the light. Honda said bring it back when the light comes back on. I also bought a new Pilot that needed an alignment. They said they checked it and it didn’t need one. The service guy drove it and said it definitely needed one and made them do it. He said sometimes they get busy or lazy and don’t do things!!!!!!!!! The used CRV also has a periodic shake in the steering wheel. They did a wheel balance and it didn’t fix it. They still have not fixed it. I asked if their work is guaranteed so in my mind this should be fixed. The heat in the car also barely works. I bought this car for my granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Here hun. Have a crappy car for your birthday. I’m very disappointed in Ziegler Honda of Racine. I give them a 0! More

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG! Stereotypical sleaze ball car sales. Ziegler Honda of Racine is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. Based on my experience, their reviews Stereotypical sleaze ball car sales. Ziegler Honda of Racine is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. Based on my experience, their reviews are all fake! This is the kind of place that gives car sales a bad reputation. The Zeigler Honda of Racine company motto should be, “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG” It’s their way or the highway. Waited three hours just to get an out the door purchase price. Asked them six times for an out the door purchase price without trade in, but the response was upselling, waiting for hours and 100% adversarial. Had they been at all cooperative I would have bought their car! When they went back and started to make me wait a 7th time, I was done. I’ve visited three other dealerships while car shopping, all were truly pleasant and professional. Save your self the time and grief! Go to “ANY” other dealership for a better experience. More

I got nice deal from the dealer for the used car, the car purchase experience was good and hassle free. I went in the morning and I got it all the paper work done in the evening. The only issue i faced is th purchase experience was good and hassle free. I went in the morning and I got it all the paper work done in the evening. The only issue i faced is the finance APR percentage given to me at the end of purchase. It was not known until the last moment and I don't have any choice to switch to other credit. Overall it was great experience and even they provided rental car drop off at late hours which was very helpful. More
