I was quoted almost $2000 to splice a wire together and wanted to refuse service but they completed it without my approval and still made me pay for the repairs to get my car back. Very unprofessional serv wanted to refuse service but they completed it without my approval and still made me pay for the repairs to get my car back. Very unprofessional service manager hung up on me and kept cutting me off as I was trying to speak. Will never come to this dealership again for they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. More

The 3 hour wait for the finance lady was not optional when you have people who are diabetic and needs every so often. Looking at cars in its self takes 2 hours by itself.
