Hi Everyone, this is Aniruddha here. I'm sharing my experience with MB Lynnwood. I have found products are cheaper to order myself in MB site rather than ordering it through the service I'm sharing my experience with MB Lynnwood. I have found products are cheaper to order myself in MB site rather than ordering it through the service department of any MB Service Center. I ordered one tail lamp assembly for my GLS 450 & went to pick up on the morning May 26th, 2022. At the facility, once after I picked up my item, I requested Josh McDowell(Service Consultant) to check if I can get any assistance to get the tail lamp assembly replaced by a professional person. Surprisingly Josh himself did the work for me without even wasting a single minute and not even charged any labor. Earlier service department couldn't been able to find me an appointment for 2/3 weeks for this 5-8 minutes work. It was a great gesture and shows a perfect customer focused mindset to ensure the high satisfaction. It made my day as I have never experienced such level of customer obsession with any other car dealers. This type of services on a busy morning to handle the memorial day work pressures with a smiling face shows the positive intent and loyalty towards the customer. I'm thankful to Josh & would like to rate him at the top. More
