I needed rentals, loaners and special care for my delicate situation. I would recommend him highly with great enthusiasm. He has a Can-Do attitude and is very passionate about his job. VERY NICE FACILITY AND LOTS TO CHOSE FROM. BILLY WAS A GREAT SALES REP. HE FOUND WHAT I WANTED. AFTER THE PURCHASE I DID HAVE ISSUES WITH MY NAVIGATION, VOICE COMMAND, AND ACC ERRORS. AFTER SEVERAL WEE GREAT SALES REP. HE FOUND WHAT I WANTED. AFTER THE PURCHASE I DID HAVE ISSUES WITH MY NAVIGATION, VOICE COMMAND, AND ACC ERRORS. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE NAV & VOICE COMMAND WITH CHANGING OUT A MODULE. STILL HAVE ACC ERROR TO COME UP OCCASIONALLY. THE TRUNK DOES NOT OPEN WITH THE REMOTE.
