Lack response,lack knowledge of car on lot,put touch up paint on large dent in door did not see this car drove another was sold this one. Just think few things could have been done better took a week to ev paint on large dent in door did not see this car drove another was sold this one. Just think few things could have been done better took a week to even get the car then was first laying eyes on it seen big dent said would fix not patch. Daughter likes car but I was not impressed with professional aspects of sales team Karen in service was more professional than anyone there. More
