We had a great sales employee Nick. Very kind and patient. The salesman was excellent. Not pushy. Great experience in Sales. We pd more that week Than we would have at Toyota In Charlotte. Love my Kia.. I was rear ended in my 2009 kia. My car was totaled. I really liked my Kia and went on line to check out Kia of hickory. The next day Nick from Kia ga I was rear ended in my 2009 kia. My car was totaled. I really liked my Kia and went on line to check out Kia of hickory. The next day Nick from Kia gave me a call and the next week I went in. Nick was very helpful but not pushes( like other places have been) He showed me this really nice white Kia Soul and we took a spin. It was the one I wanted. Nick went over everything with me, answered all my questions. Nick never made me feel pushed into my car. From the time I went in til I left was a short time. Nick is good at his job and I will be a spreading the word. Also Andy Harris who did my paperwork was great getting it done in as short a time as he could. Love my Kia! Thank u Nick Thomas!! More

No hassle car buying experience It's been a long time since I had purchased a car. I looked at used, certified and new car prices. The different interest rates. I realized that with It's been a long time since I had purchased a car. I looked at used, certified and new car prices. The different interest rates. I realized that with the right financing, I could buy a brand new car, cheaper than a used car. With a full warranty, instead of an as is deal. I didn't have much for a down payment and my income is that great. Paramount kia of hickory sat down and worked with me and their financing options, to not only buy a car that I wanted for 7yrs, but with a payment that fits in my budget. I didn't believe that it would have been possible, but it was. I'm extatic about the warranty I received. 100,000 power train and the bumper to bumper, supurb. What made it even better is a road side assistance they offer. Wow, roadside assistance that comes with the car, whoever thought of that should get a raise. My salesman nick thomas, was a no pressure salesman, listen to what I wanted and found a way to make it work. The finance officer, was a total professional. No pressure, listen to what I was comfortable with, and got it for me. Wow, didn't think it it was possible, but I have my new kia soul, in only a couple of hours, from test drive to out the door.
