Went in because they had a 2020 Silverado rst demo with 7k miles on it listed online for $39,999. I wanted to trade in my 2018 Chevy malibu premier with 39,400 miles. They wanted to give me $9,000 for it a 7k miles on it listed online for $39,999. I wanted to trade in my 2018 Chevy malibu premier with 39,400 miles. They wanted to give me $9,000 for it and told me if I wanted the $16,000 appraisal, I would “ lose” the sale price and go back to the listed price of $51,000. They were trying to make their money back because the truck had so bit of rebates being a demo. Don’t trust them, have family that runs dealerships so I know when they are trying to sneak stuff by me. Don’t go to this dealership not trust the sales team. Also I asked for a copy of the offer sheet or to take a picture of it and was denied. Not good business More

We were burned and left with a bad taste in our mouth. We walked in Team Chevrolet on defense, guarded, expecting another bad experience but Team Chevrolet were amazing! They understood our frustrations and we feel they went over and beyond to make this experience the best ever. I can’t remember everyone’s name but Nick, Vance, & Kaitlyn were great to work with.
