The “nice” man Nick in the service department is very disrespectful when talking to customers. Obviously the dealership wants to be represented by someone who talks to people in a very disrespectful mann disrespectful when talking to customers. Obviously the dealership wants to be represented by someone who talks to people in a very disrespectful manner. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. When making the appointment I was never told that I would have to leave my vehicle or that I was going to be charged $150.00 diagnostic fee….. like what!??? Then the “nice” guy Nick let me know in the most unfriendly manner when I got here. And said it in a way of expecting that all people have that. I am a single, working, financially independent woman, who is struggling to eat some weeks due to the inflation in this country, I resent the fact that this guy assumes that I can be slapped with $150.00 bill today!! I will NEVER come to this dealership again so I can be talked to like a xxx….. More

I am a health care worker at 3 hospitals in the middle of a Pandemic with truck issues. I was hoping to rely on Paul masse for at least a seamless experience. I tried to set up loaner car several days ahead a Pandemic with truck issues. I was hoping to rely on Paul masse for at least a seamless experience. I tried to set up loaner car several days ahead of time when I made my appointment, they wouldn’t, When I arrive I see a sign at the front desk that says they have loaners as a courtesy option. I inquired about the sign and they said that gets done ahead of time. I now have to walk 1/3 mile down and across the road, go through extensive Covid precautions and am out of pocket money for a rental car. My truck ended up being done at the end of the day but now I have to arrange to go back tomorrow as well as drop off the rental. Please do not say you offer courtesy vehicles. This has cost me time, money, and aggravation. Trying to speak to the Chevy worker I am told “Enterprise is just across the street” it’s very close but no, it is not directly across the street. It is also more costly and causing additional unnecessary transactions in a pandemic. Please consider your customers who are still coming to you in this time and trying to stay afloat to support the community. We should be a team in this. I tried to be proactive, can you try for your customers? More

Avoid this place at all costs. I went to Paul Masse in East Providence Rhode Island 30August2017 to have my vehicle serviced. All went as expected however when I brought up the issu I went to Paul Masse in East Providence Rhode Island 30August2017 to have my vehicle serviced. All went as expected however when I brought up the issue that the leather on my steering wheel was starting to come undone, the dealership wanted nothing to do with it. I called the dealership 31August2017 and spoke to the service manager Sam DeSousa and his exact words... you didn't buy the vehicle here we have no loyalty to service your vehicle, you also gave us a bad survey so why should we service your vehicle. When I told him I would be contacting General Motors, the BBB, Rhode Island Auto Dealers Association, local news station consumer advocate division, as well as sharing this on social media was told by this service manager I don't care do what ever you want to do. The Vehicle I have is a 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 with 18,700 miles on it. The below is from the New Vehicle Warranty booklet. Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty (including tires): Coverage is for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. 3 years/36,000 Miles Limited Warranty Coverage Chevrolet is committed to ensuring satisfaction with your new vehicle. Your Chevrolet dealer also wants you to be completely satisfied and invites you to return for all your service needs, both during and after the warranty period. To help keep things in proper working order, Chevrolet will warrant each 2016 model year from bumper-to-bumper for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first; see dealer for details) with no deductible, from the original in-service date of the vehicle, for warrantable repairs that are required as a result of defects due to material and/or workmanship. The below is directly from page 4 of the New Vehicle warranty booklet. Repairs Covered The warranty covers repairs to correct any vehicle defect, not slight noise, vibrations, or other normal characteristics of the vehicle due to materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period. Needed repairs will be performed using new, re-manufactured, or refurbished parts. Obtaining Repairs To obtain warranty repairs, take the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealer facility within the warranty period and request the needed repairs. Reasonable time must be allowed for the dealer to perform necessary repairs More

Great Dealership ! the service department and the service advisor were great. I had my 2016 corvette in for an oil change and the service advisor looked up any recalls w the service department and the service advisor were great. I had my 2016 corvette in for an oil change and the service advisor looked up any recalls without me asking. All 3 recalls were taken care of while i waited. It's always a pleasure spending time talking to my salesman Paul Dragich when my car is in for service. Paul is one of those rare people that make you feel good about spending almost $80.000 on a toy. I am an extremely satisfied customer with Sales and Service. Mike L. More

Got It Right the First Time! Oil apparently leaking from my 2017 Volt. xxx! Brought it to the service bay at Paul Masse and asked them to take a look. They did, they showed me the Oil apparently leaking from my 2017 Volt. xxx! Brought it to the service bay at Paul Masse and asked them to take a look. They did, they showed me the leaking oil pan gasket and asked me if I had an hour for them to make it right. An hour later I am driving back to work with an excellent repair having been accomplished. There was nothing at all not to like about this experience, and I will make sure to spread the word. Nick and Co: Keep Up Your Great Work! More

Paul Masse Chevrolet is the best! Bought my first car from Paul Masse in 2008 and just leased a 2015 Equinox from them. Won't go anywhere else (there is even another Chevy dealer clos Bought my first car from Paul Masse in 2008 and just leased a 2015 Equinox from them. Won't go anywhere else (there is even another Chevy dealer closer to where I live). The service department has been the best, especially Nick, and I have always been satisfied with the work done on my car. Paul Dragich worked with me on my new lease and he made it the most pleasurable experience I have ever had getting a car. Kudos to Mr. Masse in putting together a top notch team! More
