Loyal Ocean Honda Customer for 6+ years! Came back to them in a real tough bind after my beloved Pilot was totaled and I stupidly bought a Nissan to replace it....BIG mistake. From the MINUTE I walked into Ocean to work with Kellayne, I felt right at home. I was welcomed and assured that I would get the help I needed. Kellayne , Nick and Sandra in finance went ABOVE and BEYOND to get a deal done. Kellayne was quick, intelligent and kind! They worked tirelessly on the approval and got me into my dream 23' Passport! I cannot say enough good things about Kellayne , Nick (sales manager) and Sandra in finance! Every time I got to Ocean, Im welcomed with a smile and I know I will be well taken care of!! The transaction took forever to go through, even though we had everything ready and good to go. Nick the manager gave us a nasty look and didn't seem like he wanted us there at all. When it came to financi we had everything ready and good to go. Nick the manager gave us a nasty look and didn't seem like he wanted us there at all. When it came to financing, they didn't bother to let us know of the interest rate of the finance deal until the finalization stage of the transaction, felt lied to and we had to fight so we wouldn't have an 8% interest rate. At the end of the day we bought the car but left feeling sluggish due to the fact that the transaction took nearly 5 hours. More
