Made appointment for a Saturday service was completed within an hour. The only complaint I have is I was charged more than the amount in my service completed text ($118.90 text showed due but was charge within an hour. I came in 2 days in a row. Once for the truck and once for the Edge (both for the works). It took 1 hr for the truck and 1/2 hr for the edge, both had appointments. Communication is what I value the most. With my car being gone weeks at a time, frequent updates are very appreciated.
