Was working with a salesman named Nick. Said he would send me the car sticker with estimated shipping cost on 01/08. I followed up on 01/09 as I hadn’t heard back. He apologized and promise Said he would send me the car sticker with estimated shipping cost on 01/08. I followed up on 01/09 as I hadn’t heard back. He apologized and promised to send it later this day. 01/10 and still nothing. I reach out and followed up again only to find out he sold the car car. Totally fine, but it is basic customer service to at least shoot somebody a text or email and let them know the car they’re interested in is no longer available, instead of leaving them waiting. Used up two days waiting around when I could’ve closed another deal. Would not recommend this dealer, especially Nick More

My salesman, Nick Semyck, worked diligently to find me my CX-5 in the color and with the interior I wanted. He was never pushy but, just answered my questions and let me make my own decision. I used to be a CX-5 in the color and with the interior I wanted. He was never pushy but, just answered my questions and let me make my own decision. I used to be a BMW driver, so a luxury interior was a must! The CX-5 ‘s interior rivals if not exceeds BMW! Thanks Nick for bringing me into the Mazda family. More
