I’ve had my fair share of experiences at dealerships that felt sketchy and overly sales-driven, so I didn’t expect much going into Mohawk. However, I was genuinely impressed and left with a great sense of satisfaction—just like the feeling you get from a trusted community dealership. I was able to leasing my car the same day, which is a huge deal for me considering I had to go through the whole process again after my 2024 car was totaled. Jacob really made the paperwork and negotiations as smooth as possible, which I truly appreciated. My sales guy, Nick, was supportive and never pushy. He listened to what I wanted and presented the perfect options, ultimately offering me a great deal on the car I had my eye on.
