A little to high pressure for my liking. Tried to convince me to commit to sale price I was not at all comfortable with. Tried to give a much higher finance interest rate than what was available. Promised a service coupon book with a claimed value of 1,000.00 that was not issued and when I inquired about it two days later the claim was that they were out of them and should be getting more in a couple days. Haven’t been back since then but suspect that they are probably still “out” of them. Same old decades old tactics used by dealerships that sour the experience of shopping for and buying a new car. disappointing to say the least. Make it right and I may better my review but as it stands I cannot give more than a 3 star rating. More

Everyone was very professional! I went to Rizza because of previous experience with Rizza Cadillac. I actually went to Rizza Buick. I went in just to look. No one ever approached me and asked me anything. I was approached by someone after getting out of my rental car at Rizza Buick. He was very cordial and asked could he help me. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. That was a relief!! He asked me a few questions. I told him I was only looking to compare deals. I told him exactly what I wanted after being asked to have a seat. He pulled the vehicle up on his computer, told me to hold on he'd be right back.
