The Rochester dealership was great to work with. They were able to transfer a vehicle that I wanted from Burlington, VT. All of the staff were patient and kind. They were able to transfer a vehicle that I wanted from Burlington, VT. All of the staff were patient and kind. More

The dealership was pristine. The personnel were all bery helpful and the vehicle was competitively priced. I had full confidence that we agreed to a good deal for both of us. Key GMC has to be the worst car buying experience I've ever had. At Multiple levels this dealership presented themselves as just money grabbing vultures... I feel this is quite a shame for the poor owne ever had. At Multiple levels this dealership presented themselves as just money grabbing vultures... I feel this is quite a shame for the poor owner of the dealership. I am coming from a different state to buy this specific year and model, a two and a half hour drive one way. I gathered the purchase agreement and did all the financials on my own to get ahead of the joke of an interest rate the dealership offered in their attempt of a quick sale. the truck was then sent out as a loaner after I made the plan to pick it up the next day... with the sales man telling me "oh it'll be here tomorrow morning all cleaned up and ready for you". Well it took a full week to get the truck back looking like someone took it mudding or to the oil fields. they put 5000 miles on the truck, so now it was due an oil change. Looking through the history it is due to have all the cases changed. to include the transmission which is known for shifting issues when overdue... well the truck is not shifting correctly as is showing. but the dealership had the nerve to try to sell me a service plan even though everything was past due... you could not care for the truck when you had it in your hands for a little over a month. Why would anyone trust anything you may think that you are doing. The truck had bald (beyond needing replacement) tires I had to immediately replace ($1300), chunks of dirt literally fell from the chassis when I closed the tailgate. they threw away the floor mats, only had a single key and key fob, and just less than a quarter tank of fuel. not to mention the salesman (Matt) was not even there when I showed up at our appointment time. He was delivering another vehicle to the owner in Maine... the state I'm coming from. Key GMC is an embarrassment to the American institution. I would not wish the service given from Key to anyone else to endure such inefficiencies at every turn. More
