Valley Honda - We are home again ! My wife was a driving factor in coming back to Honda. You see we purchased our first Honda in 1984. I loved that car, and purchased three more from My wife was a driving factor in coming back to Honda. You see we purchased our first Honda in 1984. I loved that car, and purchased three more from that OTHER dealership. We went back to look at Honda's there, and they would not even give us the time of Day. (BIG MISTAKE). So my wife drove to Valley Honda, walked in and looked into a 2014 CRV. After a few minutes, a gentleman approached her and asked if she had any questions. He said that she should take her time, and see him with any further questions about the CRV. That man was Nick Poole. After ten minutes my wife asked Nick questions in rapid fire. Nick accepted each question, and answered every one of them. He then took us on a test drive, and getting back in the Honda was like going home after a long tour of duty. Everything in the vehicle was right where it was suppose to be, and seat felt like sitting in your favorite chair. Nick took us through the entire dealership. Showed us their inventory, service shop, parts department, and waiting area. The whole building is so clean, you could eat dinner in the service department. Upon our return to the showroom we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Kurt, and then the Owner of the dealership, Bob. On the night we picked the vehicle, General Manager, Don introduced himself to my wife, gave her his card and told her she could call him anytime with any question she may have in the future. It was easy to see why everyone in this dealership is professional. You are truly back home when you walk into Valley Honda. Needless to say we took home a Honda again. After feeling I'd been swindled at another area Honda dealer, the folks here really turned my purchase experience around. What fascinated me most is the way they listen, especially my sales consultant, Nick. It makes such a difference over having a salesman that talks over you to "tell you what you need." Valley also saved me a bunch of money. I originally obtained quotes from three dealerships, and Valley had the lowest overall price including the accessories I wanted. But when Honda introduced new incentives during my shopping process, they made those available to me without any hassle. This is the way buying a new car should be everywhere.
