I received a call from my kid down at school in Charleston, Illinois our old car broke down again and is stuck on the side of the road again. We decided it was time to get a reliable car and something we could count on. My son worked at Valley Honda as a porter and I was hoping to extend my appreciation to Valley Honda in some small way. So I contacted Nick Poole at Valley Honda and explained our situation. Nick immediately responded with options that made perfect sense. We went thru the list of available cars and found the perfect car for our situation. Nick met us at the door and gave us his undivided attention and was very patient. It had been a while since we purchased a car so I truly appreciated his patience. In a short period of time we found the car we wanted, went for a test drive and without wasting any time Nick began the process of purchasing. Once we got rolling the purchase went quickly and smoothly. Before I knew it I was on my way home with an absolutely sparkling clean car inside and out. I got the car that I wanted at the price I wcould afford. This was my first visit to Valley Honda, I had heard a lot of good things about this dealership and I have to say it was just as described. Great Experience After looking for a van close to home and not finding what we needed my husband decided to check out some that he had found on the internet. Larry had After looking for a van close to home and not finding what we needed my husband decided to check out some that he had found on the internet. Larry had spoken to Nick Poole several times on the phone and Nick convinced him to come and check out what they had. We decided to take the 1 1/2 hr drive to see the vehicles. When we arrived Nick was right there waiting for us. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. We took a drive and were sold on the Honda Odyssey. After the paperwork we came home. That was a very good experience but the following is what really impressed us with Valley Honda. About two weeks with the van our passenger sliding door stopped working in a partially open position. We tried everything but couln't get it to work. So on Saturday he drove back to see what could be done. Sam Kim a very personable young man worked to get our van fixed. We did not have a warranty but since it was only ours for a few weeks they went out of their way to make it right. This all happened with the help of a gracious woman named Rose and her manager Don.
