This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Bettenhausen, and it was a fantastic experience as usual! For some crazy reason, I had actually looked at a vehicle at another dealership, and was g Bettenhausen, and it was a fantastic experience as usual! For some crazy reason, I had actually looked at a vehicle at another dealership, and was going to purchase from them, but after 2 days of getting the run around, being lied to and treated poorly, I came to my senses and went back to Bettenhausen, and got an unbelievable deal, was treated like family, and actually enjoyed the car buying process! I had forgotten how lousy other car dealers could be! All of the sales people there are super friendly and knowledgeable, and very helpful. I dealt with Nick Nowak. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have worked with him on a purchase, and he is the BEST! I would recommend this dealership, and especially Nick Nowak to anybody! I actually sent my Dad there in December to buy a car. He came all the way to Chicagoland from Tennessee to buy his Challenger as it was the best deal he could find. He was also blown away by the level of service that Bettenhausen offered! If you are considering buying a new or used car, trust me, you cannot beat Bettenhausen or Nick! More

I was shopping for about 3 weeks on the internet, then I narrowed down what I needed based on my requirements for a vehicle. There are sites like CarGuru that have a long listing based on what you are looking for, its via a comparison of those sites that I ended up researching not only the vehicle but also the car dealership inself for a possible purchase. As someone that hasnt bought a car in a while (+ 5 years) my first surprise was the test drive, the salesperson Nick Nowak just let me point to the car i wanted to test and got the keys for me. He didnt barge in with a sales pitch nor did he come on the test drive with me for more sales pitches - It was great to be able to sample the ride by myself and test the ride and conveniences that the vehicle came equipped with. After another visit and more test driving, I ended up purchasing the vehicle (2003 Honda Odyssey). There were two items that I noted to Nick that needed servicing and they were both fixed before i took delivery of the vehicle, they were in fact fixed with Honda parts and no aftermarket parts. The fixes were not same day but i learned you just have to wait on the parts then the repairs are done promply by Bettenhausens service dept. Not getting a big drawn out sales pitch and not being constantly followed around in their lot were big plusses in my book, goes along their motto of " no hassles " which i found to be true. In my phone calls or emails i checked in with Amy (frontdesk), Laura (service), Mike Cozzolino (internet), Alec Bettenhausen and of course Nick Noval (salesperson). There were a couple of others including the two porter guys but i cant remember their names - I can say that for all the folks i worked with Bettenhausen has a very friendly and most helpful staff. I have been buying cars from Bettenhausen for the past 10 years. In the past I always dreaded buying cars. It was either the salesperson playing games by going back and forth with the sales manager or it was years. In the past I always dreaded buying cars. It was either the salesperson playing games by going back and forth with the sales manager or it was the trade-in person holding the keys until you decided to buy something. At Bettenhausen I have never experienced anything like that. Nick has always been very knowledgeable of all the cars available. He is never pushy and always goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy. I have recommended Nick to many of my friends and family and they have always thanked me because of their experience. I like the fact that the One Price that is displayed on the car is actually the price. I can tell you honestly is that Nick makes car buying enjoyable. He tells you how it is and never sugar coats anything. There are dealers out there that will tell you what you want to hear then you go into the finance office and its a whole different picture. There is no game playing at Bettenhausen and for that reason I respect them a whole bunch. You will enjoy you car buying experience with Nick at Bettenhausen Dodge. More
