The service dept helped me out in a pinch- I had a check engine light come on midway through a long drive to a new job and I had to get it check out. The Conklin group were able to get me in quick, fix the engine light come on midway through a long drive to a new job and I had to get it check out. The Conklin group were able to get me in quick, fix the issue, and get me back in the road in a short amount of time so I could make it to the hotel that same night. I was hauling my cats as well, and they even accommodated them by letting me use an office to store the cats while my truck was being fixed. Very thankful for everything they did, and it made it feel like I was being seen as a human with an issue vs just another customer. I’d definitely recommend their services to anyone. More

Service was great because I can drop off on the way to work. There were a lot of questions with the tire situation and maybe I should have just called instead of tx Nick. They fixed a problem with our car, that was kind of thier fault, they did it in good time, and they didn't charge us for it. Friendly. And did the right thing. Hard to find these days. Very pleased.
