When it comes to great customer service and auto service, I can not recommend a better place. I used to own a Mercedes for 10 years and have not had service like this before. I bought my X6 in July from Jak I can not recommend a better place. I used to own a Mercedes for 10 years and have not had service like this before. I bought my X6 in July from Jake Spinhirn. Very easy going, not pushy at all. I got a great price, the deal went super smooth. Ke-shawn Alexander in Finance was amazing, super quick to go over things, as we all know it can take forever to go over everything but he was right to the point and could answer any questions that I had. Lastly the best part, Nick Mcmaster from the service department! Very accommodating with my rental, in communication with me every step of the way. As I am very picky about things, he was able to meet my expectations. I live over an hour away and would drive there just because of the service. Thank you BMW Tilly! More

I can’t say enough about the experience I had this past Saturday 6/10 while my purchasing my new BMW. As with every time that I’ve been there, I was greeted with a warm hello and a smile and felt completel Saturday 6/10 while my purchasing my new BMW. As with every time that I’ve been there, I was greeted with a warm hello and a smile and felt completely comfortable and at home. Kevin Hine was fantastic, he made everything simple and straightforward with my purchase. The general sales manager Val Goldenberg and I chatted it up a few times, you’ll always see him flying around the showroom making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. Whenever I’m in the market, there’s no place that I’d rather give my business and the same will go when it’s time for a new one. Thanks Kevin, Jim, Val and Matt for taking such great care of me and thank you to the rest of the staff for laughing and joking around with me throughout the morning. See you next time More

We’ve been Tulley BMW customers for a long time and always had an outstanding experience. It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continu always had an outstanding experience. It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continued support. This time was a bit different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST! We’ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman. We really enjoyed working with you! Thank you, Tulley BMW and Tulley GMC, once again for making our car purchase experience so pleasant!! (I am not sure how many people can say that) More

I say that because I could spend a few paragraphs on how awesome Jay and the sales team are there..... Joe and Nick are great. Every time the car goes in I know it is in great hands. They make sure they fully understand any concerns you have and work issues until they are resolved in a satisfactory manor. Joe the shop Forman will not hesitate to take time out of his busy day to talk with you, or even take a ride with you in the car to discuss concerns. You can tell he takes pride in the product and has as much passion for the brand as I do. Nick is a super friendly service advisor that will always dig into issues, keep you calm, and keep you well informed throughout any service events. His customer service is really top notch and the Tulley Service experience as a whole is just awesome from top to bottom. Great team, I highly recommend. More

Consistently poor service This is a great sales organization. The problem is the post sales service is terrible. BMW acknowledges it and Tulley makes excuses for it. I own two other premium cars, and can tell you their service is far superior to Tulley. The ability to get a "comparable" loaner for warranty work is next to impossible. The communication and follow up is terrible. They have never met a deadline, or called proactively to let me know that they didn't finish. If you want a premium brand experience... try Mercedes (Flagship) or Cadillac (Long Cadillac) More
