I have used LKN Jeep to service my daughter's Wrangler for five years. The service department has always been 5 stars. Today, we took it in for a simple appraisal, with an appointment, etc... We waited for five years. The service department has always been 5 stars. Today, we took it in for a simple appraisal, with an appointment, etc... We waited an hour and twenty minutes. I finally called the manager and the sales person brought us the fob ten minutes later. They didn't drive the car, just looked at it and forgot about us. More
