This is our second lease with Taylor Ford and dealing with Nick Isom. He is knowledgeable and a great car salesman. We told him about a used car we saw in the lot and he was able to get me in a better ca with Nick Isom. He is knowledgeable and a great car salesman. We told him about a used car we saw in the lot and he was able to get me in a better car with all the same features brand new for cheaper! The Finance dept is very easy to deal with as well. Very disappointed in 2023 Ford escape - the car designers appear to of spent more time creating a screen that holds the lifeline of almost all of the cars guts than even changing the seat stitching- The appear to of spent more time creating a screen that holds the lifeline of almost all of the cars guts than even changing the seat stitching- The car is a death trap for motorists- pedestrians- and the person behind the wheel- With everything on the screen to even changing the temperature- makes the car unsafe - Engineers may want to start to be more untuned and concerned about their consumers and not what is the latest trend! Within the Michigan state laws- no texting and driving- this new computer/ screen is 10 times worse- And when a salesperson sells/ leases the vehicle-they MUST plan to dedicate and want to, go through each and every element- a very lengthy period of time needs to be allocated providing a long step by step 1 on 1 Q & A There or was not in my new lease- an owners manual on how to learn let alone work the screen- I was told by my salesman to google it! And when I asked to return the vehicle- the response was little or non- The 23 Ford Escape is unfit -for mere safety reasons- and should have never of passed inspection from the screen monitor alone ! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the escape and stuck with it for 2 years- You asked for feedback- i provided- More
