Nick was the most amazing and respectful young man. He made sure I was knowledgeable of everything I was getting and worked my deal to my satisfaction. He didn’t stop until I was happy. All the staff was great and all had smiles on their faces. The manager Mr. Christian came out personally and introduced himself and assured I would be happy when it was time for me to leave. I’m so glad God sent me to this dealership. The disappointment I experienced prior to going there, I didn’t even want to go forward with it purchasing a new vehicle. Let’s just say everything Big Star Hyundai did for me made up all the disappointment of another dealership’s experience. Please purchase your new vehicle from here and ask for Nick (the tall one). lol More

I going to file a complaint against Big Star Hyundai to AG ,Consumer Protection Office, and BBB if they did not do any compensation More
