The manager Mr. Christian came out personally and introduced himself and assured I would be happy when it was time for me to leave. I’m so glad God sent me to this dealership. The disappointment I experienced prior to going there, I didn’t even want to go forward with it purchasing a new vehicle. Let’s just say everything Big Star Hyundai did for me made up all the disappointment of another dealership’s experience. Please purchase your new vehicle from here and ask for Nick (the tall one). lol

Also you guys overcharged me $1295 for 2025 Santa Fe , the total price of the car is $36,230 you guys are selling it to me $ 37,525 it’s a daylight fraud business you guys are doing especially your sales team.. I feel like all of their mind set is same ..just ripped off customers
