I service my vehicle here and the service department has been great but the sales department is clearly lacking some leadership. They contacted me to give me an offer on my CR-V and I made an appointment t been great but the sales department is clearly lacking some leadership. They contacted me to give me an offer on my CR-V and I made an appointment to test drive a new car. I was texted about 15 minutes prior to the appointment, saying that they were running late. We were okay waiting but walked out after 45 minutes of waiting with no contact. I received a text about 20 minutes later, asking if I had been helped and when I said that I wouldn’t be able to come in during the week, I was ignored for two weeks. I purchased from a different dealership and just received a text from Boch Honda West, asking if I wanted to reach out about their inventory. They lost a sale and I’m inclined to maintain the new car elsewhere. More
