On Friday July 26th 2024 my husband and I specifically drove an hour away to this Nissan dealership because they had the car we wanted. We made an appointment ahead of time with Nick Giacomaro. We let him know that we wanted the process to be quick since we already knew which car we wanted and had test drove it, plus we live an hour away, I was 8 months pregnant at that time and we had our toddler at home with a babysitter. He assured us we would be there for about two hours. Two hours turned into four, mostly because he was a chatter box and couldn't talk and work at the same time. While we were waiting we were told the car would be washed and detailed. We were also promised that our license and registration would be mailed directly to us so that we would not have to make the drive again. When we were finally ready to leave it was evident that the car was not washed at all, and the gas tank was two thirds empty. Nick acted surprised and to remedy the issue he said he would send us gift cards to cover the cost of a car wash and gas. He asked me to send him an email on Monday to remind him to send us the gift cards. Although this is not my responsibility, I emailed him anyway. After a week the gift cards were still not mailed and Nick left for vacation without having someone follow-up with us. I followed-up about the gift cards myself with Bernard Bertsch the sales manager. I called him a total of three times within two weeks and left a message each time. He did not return any of those calls, nor did he send the gift cards. I got a call from someone from Nissan about a week later telling me my license plate and registration are ready to be picked up. I told them that we were told it would be mailed directly to us to which the woman responded saying I'd have to follow-up with Nick about this. I emailed Nick on 8/20/24 and have yet to get a response. More

This dealership is very misleading and not customer friend. They clearly make it know that they only car about maximizing their profits by any means necessary. They present customers with the worst fin friend. They clearly make it know that they only car about maximizing their profits by any means necessary. They present customers with the worst financing terms. They will not allow you to purchase a car unless you negotiate a price for the extended warranty. Finally, they will not a let you pay for the car completely in cash because they want you to finance and add money to their profits. Also, they will try to force you to use Nissan financial. They aren't really trying to help you. Please avoid this dealership and any other dealership that may operate like this. Do not allow them to sell you anything. Just walk and out and find a dealership that will treat you like a person. Please do your research before you step into these dealerships. They do not really have your best interests in mind. More

I’m from NYC. I bought a used Nissan on 6/6/20. I was forced to buy a warranty and pay for new plates. As of 7-28 still waiting for new plates. I cannot reach Nick or Sammy. The operator gives me a run a forced to buy a warranty and pay for new plates. As of 7-28 still waiting for new plates. I cannot reach Nick or Sammy. The operator gives me a run around. Both the salesman and the manger can not be bothered they say they will call back and never do, they give you the run around. The manger told me to relax it was not that much money, which is one of the most insulting comments I have ever heard. Stay away from the dealership they do not know the meaning of customer service.
