Nick has worked at Yark Automotive since 2016. He is married to his wife, Kelly, and together they have a daughter, Olivia, and a son, Tyler. His favorite things to do outside of work are working out, spending time with family and friends, and playing sports. One thing Nick cannot live without is his phone. His favorite place to be is anywhere tropical. He has not had any weird jobs but if he had to choose one it would be working at Cedar Point; he saw a lot of interesting people working the coasters. Nick's favorite car is his Daytona Charger.

We have been driving Subarus for many years and have been service customers of Yark Subaru for the past 3 1/2 years. We have been very satisfied with the staff, professionalism, and results of Yark's Service service customers of Yark Subaru for the past 3 1/2 years. We have been very satisfied with the staff, professionalism, and results of Yark's Service department. When the time came to purchase my wife's 5th Subaru, we decided to buy it from Yark. Our experience with that side of the business was as satisfying as the Service side. Our salesperson, Nick Cook, was incredibly knowledgeable. He guided us easily through the process of selecting the model, color, and options that we would find most useful. There was no pressure, He got us a fair offer and made the process actually enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Updating my review. I had a rough start as you can see below. They did make things right. Yark took the car back after the series of problems below and I purchased a different one from them. General Manager Dave Thomas and Salesman Nick Cook helped work things out. I am updating my stars to reflect this. My only feedback is that it did take over a month to come to point of resolution. Original Review: It was raining the day I test drove and purchased the car. A few days after purchasing when the car was dry I noticed there was extensive hail damage on the roof of the car. It was not visible when the car was wet. But I was surprised because the CarFax, which Nick went over with me and which addressed hail damage, said nothing about the car having been in hail in spite of the fact that someone obviously repaired some of the damage but left the rest. In addition, the car had battery problems the day I test drove it. The salesman Nick assured me it just from the car sitting on the lot. The battery died and stranded me the first day I owned the car. The car also had a slight rumble in the breaks Nick assured me was rust. Again, he said, from sitting on the lot. Nick and one of their service techs assured me it would go away. The rumble did not go away and I am now facing a $500 break job. More

Nick was prompt and gave me all the information that were essential for me to know about the car . Do not recommend them! Was there too many hours. Had to keep waiting for financial guy. He was the worst. Did not listen to me that I wanted to use my credit union. Interest rates less.
