I purchased a car last week. My sales rep was Alex. At the completion of the deal he provided me with 1 key (an aftermarket). I asked for the original and he handed me an Alfa Ro My sales rep was Alex. At the completion of the deal he provided me with 1 key (an aftermarket). I asked for the original and he handed me an Alfa Romeo key before I left the dealership. Not even 24 hours later, the aftermarket key is not functioning properly. The "original" key was not working either. I reached out to Alex, and heard nothing back. I took the car to Alfa Romeo to have it programed, only to find out the key I was provided does not even go to this car. There are 3 keys in total programmed and neither of the keys I was provided was them. By day 3 neither of the keys were working and I COULD NOT START THE CAR. For all I know, I have a key to another car on their lot. For over a week now, I have been trying to reach a manager. I have contacted Alex, called the dealer, their customer service line, emailed, and have yet to hear anything back. I even asked Alex about paying the restocking fee and taking the car back! NO RESPONSE. Sebastian was the only one who seemed the least bit concerned, and advised me to come in. He reached out to someone and had a support ticket opened. But to get up there, I had to pay for a locksmith to come and program a key for me. $150 later, after having to pay to have a key programed, I went into Taverna, and the customer service rep said she would reach out to her manager. Conveniently Alex, and the finance person over my deal were not there. For some reason a manager is always "too busy" to assist. But upon her checking the key for my car, was not there. So I still do not have an original key. Or even just a key cut to fit the car door. If the car battery dies, I have no way of getting into the car without again, calling a locksmith. She asked me to email her the receipt of payment for the locksmith. I did that 2 days ago. I called today and they were aware that I had been calling. But they were "just getting in" and would call me back later. NOTHING. A support ticket (30342) was opened on March 8th. I went up there on the 11th. Aside from the "we received your request" email, I still have not heard from anyone in management. Customer service has not gotten back to me, and I have not been reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses. What was the point of the ticket? I'm not sure what's going on there, but there's absolutely no reason as to why NOT ONE PERSON has gotten back to me. At this point if they'd offer me my trade in back, I'd take that so I don't have to deal with them anymore. It should not be this difficult to get a response. More

This dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did they not detail the car, but they also delivered the car with no maintenance done and received the car with no headrest and parts o had. Not only did they not detail the car, but they also delivered the car with no maintenance done and received the car with no headrest and parts of the vehicle were left in the trunk of the car, including garbage. I had to drive the vehicle back to the dealer to get things done right. However, upon picking up the vehicle which they kept for an additional two weeks they still didn't detail the car, Change the oil, properly fix the trunk, etc. which they told me it will be handled, so for the inconvenient they said they were going to reimburse me a certain amount, & now they are ignoring my calls. One hand up on me after I explained what was going on. Please do not do business here. They will lie and say anything to disguise themselves & they will tell you no one there is responsible for helping you after your purchase. More

The definition of a shady, dishonest dealership that scams customers. I purchased a car from them, and they completely failed to disclose multiple serious issues. There was no mention of any mechanical scams customers. I purchased a car from them, and they completely failed to disclose multiple serious issues. There was no mention of any mechanical problems, yet within days, I discovered costly repairs that should have been made before the sale—or at the very least, disclosed. When I confronted them about it, they gave me the runaround and refused to take responsibility. Their so-called “inspection” process is clearly a joke, and they only care about making a sale, not about customer satisfaction or selling reliable vehicles. If you’re considering buying a car from this place, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They will lie, withhold information, and sell you a lemon without a second thought. Absolutely disgraceful business practices. Stay far away! More

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I had to pay for a key fob as the car arrived with a key fob without a key. $332 dollars that the Taverna Dealership would not reimburse me for. I I had to pay for a key fob as the car arrived with a key fob without a key. $332 dollars that the Taverna Dealership would not reimburse me for. I live in Utah and the car shipped from FL. I was advised I bought the car as a used car, and it was not their problem. Had I known the key fob was inoperable, I would NOT HAVE BOUGHT the care until it was replaced. The information about the key fob was withheld from me, and they said they were unaware. Anybody at that dealership that started the car would have known because the only way the car would start is if you placed the key fob on the floor of the center console between the seats. REALLY?? They didn't know? I call xxxxxxxxx. Now I'm afraid that they lied to me about the condition of the engine, and I am hoping I am wrong. Unprofessional, dishonest and liars. I wish I would have read about them in the BBB before I bought a car from them. So many negative comments, as I found out after I bought the car and looked into BBB. More

Do yourself a favor and look up this dealership on the Better Business Bureau website. I found a car that looked like a good deal on the Car Guru's website that the Taverna Collection was selling. The dea Better Business Bureau website. I found a car that looked like a good deal on the Car Guru's website that the Taverna Collection was selling. The dealership is great at responding initially as soon as you express any interest in the car. Then it's all a steep downhill decline from there. I went through with purchasing the car. I regret it now as the day after the car was delivered we found so many issues with it. You can clearly tell the car they sold me was in an accident. I contacted the dealership and was told I needed to take the vehicle in somewhere for an inspection and have them write up an invoice. They would not just take our word, photos, or videos regarding the issue. They also told me if it was found the frame was bad they would help me get it returned without needing to pay the $4,000+ return fee. We then took the car in, got an invoice written up that ended up finding the car would need over $6,000 to fix all the issues with it. The person who did the invoice/inspection also stated he didn't feel this car was safe to drive. But, due to the wording in the invoice as "may need replacement" the dealership only offered to pay to replace the broken radiator shield. If I would have accepted that deal, I would have had to sign a non-disclosure agreement preventing me from moving forward with the complaints I plan to file. I still also have never received my $500 deposit back. This place is the WORST. Please only buy a car from there if you can inspect it yourself. I live in MI and opted to have it delivered because I thought it was a reputable dealership but I was so very wrong. This place is an absolute disgrace. I have never been so disappointed. The lack of communication and transparency is frustrating. They clearly do this to a lot of customers as well because I had received an email asking for an invoice on the "smoking issue from hood" which was an issue I did not have with this vehicle I purchased. That email was meant for another customer with issues. More
