Hello, so to start I would give 5 star’s but the vehicle we went to see that was advertised was not the correct vehicle. However we did end up making a purchase from palmen. The vehicle we purchased did not we went to see that was advertised was not the correct vehicle. However we did end up making a purchase from palmen. The vehicle we purchased did not have Bluetooth on it and we did not realize that until after the purchase. The sales representative offered to hook up my phone for us but I passed due to it being a easy process and to save us all time. We also traveled 120 miles there and wanted to hit the road ASAP. So after we got back home we tried to hook up our phones to the vehicle but it kept giving us a no connection notification. I contacted our sales representative about the problem and he went out of his way to solve the problem. Unfortunately the model we had was not able to have the Bluetooth. Thankfully Palmen was awesome about the situation and offered us a free swap for a upgraded model that had the Bluetooth and plus more! All in all was a great purchase and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Palmen for being understanding and working with us and not just pushing the problem away. I would definitely recommend Palmen to others. Also there prices are good. Hence why we drove so far lol. Plus I have to give 2 Thumbs up to Nick Barsuli, our sales representative for being awesome and not pushy in anyway. Felt like I was talking to a person and not just a selling robot. More
