Service Department Had few issues with my car, called and made an appointment. Don’t like to take it in for one single thing because i have a busy schedule. When I met the service advisor there, first thing he said “you have a long list” and then he went on to tell me about normal tear and wear, as if he was lecturing me. He was disrespectful on multiple levels. I am a MB type of a person and that was the first time I encountered such a poor service from MB. More

Fine but not “Mercedes” service I’ve been to several Mercedes dealerships and service is something they take very seriously. Okc dealership is always polite but misses the mark. La I’ve been to several Mercedes dealerships and service is something they take very seriously. Okc dealership is always polite but misses the mark. Last time I was in I reserved a loaner car to run some errands to maximize my time in town (I drive from Stillwater) my service rep asked me several times before leaving the dealership in loaner car what time I would be back. I am a woman I was running errands it was an abnormal question from previous dealerships. Service rep called to let me know service was complete and asked again what time I would be returning to dealership. Tulsa Mercedes always supplied me with a water and snacks as they walked me to the car and encouraged me to enjoy a day in town. After receiving my car back and arriving back in Stillwater i noticed my oil change odometer had not been reset not a big deal since I was scheduled to return to dealership in two weeks for a new windshield at that appointment i asked again if they could please reset odometer and believe or not it once again got missed but i didn’t notice until I got back to Stillwater. I reached out several times to my service rep who told me to come back to the dealership and they would get it done. You have to understand my frustration at this point since I live out of town and gone to take care of my sick father often. Service rep eventually stopped returning my text messages about other options so i called service manager who was nice enough to try and send me instructions over email which did not work and I let him know it didn’t work. A similar instance happened (check engine light came on) when I left the Tulsa dealership so naturally called my service rep in Tulsa who was super apologetic and told me if it did not turn off by the after arriving home and restarting the vehicle they would send a mechanic TO MY HOUSE to fix the issue. That’s mercedes service at its finest. Currently my car thinks I’m 3800 miles over an oil change. Really not that big of deal but for the price increase from previous location to new location okc is missing the mark. I’m not sure if i will return to okc dealership for further services More

Recall Service I received a recall notice on my 2020 GLE350. The staff at Mercedes Benz of OKC was able to get me in the next day to check things out, turns out ever I received a recall notice on my 2020 GLE350. The staff at Mercedes Benz of OKC was able to get me in the next day to check things out, turns out everything was fine and no repair was necessary. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for such prompt and professional service, and their lounge is wonderful. More

Outstanding customer service!! While I did not puchase my MB GLS450 from Okc, because of very poor customer relations....I was reluctant to return to the dealership for service but While I did not puchase my MB GLS450 from Okc, because of very poor customer relations....I was reluctant to return to the dealership for service but have to say my opinion completely changed once I was there!! Nick went above and beyond what I asked for and made me feel like not just any customer but his ONLY customer! He made sure I had a loaner vehicle ready to go so that my day went uninterrupted while my car was being serviced then upon return discovered that there was a scuff mark on the driver door....he immediately buffed it out and then looked for other things on the car to make it look as if it was going to be on display at the museum! The staff is always friendly and very attentive to my needs, even when I show up just for a car wash.....If not for Nick and the wonderful staff I don't think I would ever come back to Okc MB. Thanks NIck!! More
