I went in head strong looking to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L model for my wife and family. We had a 2018 Expedition with the normal engine issues that kept coming back. We owed more than what the truck was worth and just needed a dealership to work with me to put my family in a safe reliable vehicle. I looked online and came across Boucher Dodge and figured i would give them a call. I ended up talking to a gentleman named Randy Ludlum. We discussed the situation and made an appointment to come in and see what we could work out. Randy and the team tried there hardest to get me into a Jeep Grand Cherokee L though it just wasn't working out Randy then mentioned about a Volkswagen. I have always been a domestic car/truck person and was very resistant to the idea. Randy went back to work on trying to get me into the Jeep. It wasn't working so Randy came back and said to me just take a look at one and go from there. He mentioned VW has a lot of great incentives right now and we may be able to get a brand new safe a family car on budget. In my mind I came to buy a Jeep not a VW Atlas. lol Well he kept saying, I'm here to help you get into a good vehicle and out of this situation with your current vehicle. Never and I mean NEVER was Randy nor his team pushy at any time and that means a lot to me. Long story short, I ended up taking a brand-new Atlas home to my family and my wife is a very happy wife. This dealership is hit or miss. I bought new tires and I expected them to be clean and look nice since there “new” what I received was gross, rusted tires… they had a orangeish dust I bought new tires and I expected them to be clean and look nice since there “new” what I received was gross, rusted tires… they had a orangeish dust on them and I was told it would come off. After months of car washes and trying to clean the tires myself it still is on the tires, I contacted Richard and he said he would do digging for me, I didn’t hear anything for a month so I called again which he stated he is still “looking into it” it’s been over 5 months and not a phone call back which goes to show he was hoping I go away. I’ve been having shifting/transmission problems ever since I last got it serviced at Franks for oil pan and hose replacement. After bringing it in multiple times just for them to say nothing is wrong yet charge me an arm and a leg for nothing I’m absolutely tired of wasting my money. On top of that oil changes cost over $100 bucks now for a car?? Plus they didn’t even top off my coolant or wind shield wiper fluid…. Clowns work here. Time to be going else where that my time and money will be valued. Then they contacted dealer review to complain to get my review deleted because it’s obviously working. More

My vehicle has been in 4 times for the same problem of leaking oil, Kurt says for every time they had to put a new plug in and charges me $100 for that then it breaks again with two weeks and I have to pa leaking oil, Kurt says for every time they had to put a new plug in and charges me $100 for that then it breaks again with two weeks and I have to pay again? I don't think so! They never have loaners available for the customer and expect you to be vehicle less the entire day. The service manager talks about customer service is his main priority but doesn’t return phone calls, really shows how much they care. I have had way better service at other dodge dealerships than this one that’s for sure. (Stoughton, Madison). More
