Right from the get go, we were very impressed with Fritts Ford and the staff. Surprisingly, we found the vehicle we had been looking on there lot. However, we were told it was not available :-( But…. tha Ford and the staff. Surprisingly, we found the vehicle we had been looking on there lot. However, we were told it was not available :-( But…. that if it wasn’t picked up soon that it might become available. Well, as luck would have it, it became available and they contacted us and now we own the vehicle we had been looking for. They even honored my veteran status even though Ford’s marketing department told us I did not qualify??? Verification on my part was easy enough using ID.me but Fritts told me not to worry about and gave me the veterans discount, that was much appreciated. A special thanks to Mark, Nick, Lisa, Dylan and Randy who all helped us make across the finish line :-) More
