I so regret purchasing my vehicle there. Day after vehicle was delivered system malfunction reporting my dash. Took it in next day. Salesman test drove vehicle, reportedly didn't see the mes Day after vehicle was delivered system malfunction reporting my dash. Took it in next day. Salesman test drove vehicle, reportedly didn't see the message that I photographed on my phone. Come to find out he pushed the OK button to dismiss the alert. I decided to take it to Malloy Nissan where I learned the computer needed to reconfigure because when windshield was changed out it wasn't properly installed. On 10/29/24 appt for 7am took 8.5hrs for Diagnostic resulting in battery replacement. Nick in service estimated 3hrs and said he'll call as soon as the findings are complete. 10:30am called left 1st msg. No call acknowledge. Placed several mire calls before he answered. Said car needed new battery which I gave authorization @ 12:45pm. Said he'll sent vehicle to pick me up. Called to let him know I found a ride. "OK, I will have them work on it and it should be ready when you get here ". 1:23pm arrived and vehicle was still not ready until 3pm. Had to reschedule 2 doctor appts because of delay. Nick said he text and email. Asked to see prove but couldn't provide proof. I expressed to him professional integrity was important. He searched number where he had sent info and it turns out he sent it to my old home fax. Asked him why he didn't use the information which I provided in the morning. He responded I will go ahead and update your account from this paperwork. He quoted $550 approximately. Just than Mr. Bateman came in where I explained the problem. He spoke to Nick briefly when he was called away. Nick left to do paperwork and came back apologized with discount amt of $374. He said his boss authorized. It cannot trust the dealership. Guess I had to learn on my own because 5 family members told their disappointed testimonies and traded their Reliable Nissan vehicles due to poor service. Today, 10/30/24 still waiting on copies of Diagnostic report and quotes on 4 tires. I cannot trust Reliable Nissan service. More

Service department team are excellent professionals earn it comes to customer service! I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and received by a friendly staffer. She assured me there was no pr it comes to customer service! I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and received by a friendly staffer. She assured me there was no problem with my early arrival. Asked a few questions and let me know I could wait for my vehicle. My vehicle was done within an hour with a special request to install back rear wiper. Will spread my experience to others!! More
