The people in the shop do great work. I would give them a 5-star rating. Kudos to Toni, Joey and Carlos in the service department. The reason for the one-star rating is because of the service department manager. This gentleman can use some customer service training. After being told my vehicle was done, I seen some lights on my dash panel. Which has happened in the past, basically the computer needed to be reset. I was told that I needed brakes and would have to wait until the next day. Finally, after getting the run around 3 times my vehicle was done. It did take a call to the dealership manager to get that done. This is the only bad experience I've had there. More

I got to the dealership 15 mins before my scheduled oil change. I was advised it would take 1hr to 1 hr and 45 mins for an OIL CHNAGE. After an hr I had my son go check on the progress of the car. He came change. I was advised it would take 1hr to 1 hr and 45 mins for an OIL CHNAGE. After an hr I had my son go check on the progress of the car. He came back to me and said it was parked facing the opposite way. Then 15 more minutes go by and I go inpatient and went to check on the progress. My car was still facing the same way that my son saw it AND it was DONE. No one even came to tell me anything. If it was t for me getting g up to check who knows how much longer I would have w waited for an oil change that should take 20 mins. 🤦♀️ Also I was advised that my windshield washer guild would be topped off. It wasn’t and I know that bc it was completely empty when I brought it in. More
