Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry for the frustration caused by the power steering issue after your purchase. We take vehicle safety and quality very seriously, and I understand how disappointing it is to encounter a problem like this, especially right after buying a car for your daughter. After a thorough inspection, we found that the steering rack seal had unfortunately burst, which caused the power steering fluid to leak out. While this issue was not visible during our initial checks, we have since repaired it fully at no charge and made sure everything is functioning properly.
