We agreed to a price onlin The sales person nick Rodriguez was excellent-informative and able to provide all the information I needed on the purchase. We agreed to a price online and the possible range of the book value of the trade in. However when I drove down to close the deal a parade of mangers talkto me one telling me that the agree upon price printed in the exchange of texts was incorrect due to miscommunication. Another manager said the trade in would be half of the book value. After indicating that I would not be purchasing the car we finally went back to the agreed upon price of the car and trade in. Would recommend Nick to my friends but warn them about the deceitful managers. My advise to Ocala of Honda is keep the mangers in their office doing whatever it is they do. More
