The dealership was easy to work with, they were very responsive through their online portal. They were able to give me the deal that I was looking for and confirm it prior to even arriving at the dealer responsive through their online portal. I arrived about an hour before they closed during the week and was still allowed to test drive the vehicle. Nick was patient and kind staying about an hour after closing to finish the financing and paperwork necessary. The overall experience was great. The only minor inconvenience was that the detailing team was gone by the time the paperwork was signed so the car had some areas that needed cleaning, but to be fair I did arrive an hour prior to closing. More

Signed a purchase agreement for a used vehicle and had financing from my personal bank. Signed all the necessary documents at the dealership. Got home signed all my loan documents with my bank and they ma financing from my personal bank. Signed all the necessary documents at the dealership. Got home signed all my loan documents with my bank and they mailed the check. Apparently it was never marked sold or anything, so after the salesman that "sold" it to me clocked out. It was resold. So now I have to pay some interest on a loan with no vehicle. Not to mention no one had the testicular fortitude to call me and notify me, it was done over text. More
