I am a recent graduate from Stockton University, where I attained a B.S. In Business Finance and I love being able to apply that knowledge and skillsets to my job as a brand specialist. I am a Subaru fan above all else, and I love driving and working on my classic Subarus from the 90's as a hobby! I love playing golf in my free-time or relaxing with my golden-doodle named Turbo in the backyard. A few years ago I brought my daughter to this same dealership to purchase her first car. The dealership was friendly and the whole experience left us both feeling impressed. Her car was cleaned and th dealership to purchase her first car. The dealership was friendly and the whole experience left us both feeling impressed. Her car was cleaned and the gas was topped off. She had her car serviced and the people were great. My experience has been different. I purchased the car in January. It was dark but I could see a glue like substance on the vehicle as well as a damaged driver mirror. Today the mirror was finally replaced but despite me leaving the car at the dealership all day, it still has tree sap on it. When I stated that I’ve been nervous about having the sap on the car for so long, my concern was dismissed. I’ve given the dealership three chances to clean the car and it remains dirty. People keep saying that they want me to be happy but their actions say otherwise. Now I’m asked to give them a fourth attempt to clean the car but I should mark the areas of concern. All of this makes it sound as if I’m being picky. I just want the car sap off of the car to prevent further damage. I was told that the car would be detailed yet there’s sap all over it. The rest of the car isn’t clean but I can take it to my regular detailing place. I feel like 7 weeks was more than fair. It’s stressed me out and embarrassed me. I really wanted to be a satisfied customer but I feel completely disrespected. More

Miguel is so amazing to work with that after I bought my car in January of this year we came back this weekend and bought another one for my husband! My husband could have chosen anywhere to get his new car but he loved the experience we had so much last time that he couldn't think of anywhere else he would rather go or any other people he would rather work with in the car buying experience. Miguel, Santino and Nick were all so friendly and so helpful. We felt like we were there talking to friends. We never once felt pressured to buy or spend more money than we were comfortable with and we once again left with huge smiles on our faces!
