I bought a 2018 BRZ last week that is really sharp. The car was practically brand new and had extremely low miles on it. Everyone was really helpful at the dealership and not pushy. I worked mostly with Trace and he was very kind about scheduling a test drive over email the week before. I went to the dealership on a busy Saturday, he came out and greeted myself and my family and was very cheerful and laid back. My dad and I were able to take the car out for a spin for as long as we wanted and I fell in love with the car. I tried to not get too attached since I knew we had to negotiate pricing. After the test drive, we talked about trade in value for my 2011 Ford Fiesta as well as out the door price for the BRZ. My only advice for a trade in car is to make sure you look up the value of your car on Kelly Blue Book BEFORE trading it in. I did not end up trading in my car because I was aware of the value before coming to the dealer and they did not want to give very much for it which was a little disappointing. After some back and forth for a few hours with Trace as well his manager, Nick, we were able to settle on a reasonable price for the BRZ. I had really good credit and a large chunk of money to put down as a down payment. After we settled on that, they took us upstairs to meet Linda for the finances part with taking out a loan, who honestly made the numbers part of everything very easy, straightforward, and very clear. I didn't realize you needed a check for a down payment so I was able to mail it to them later in the week. She gave me the price monthly for the car loan for if I didn't mail in the down payment and if I did. She made the end of this process very easy. Everyone was fantastic and I believe this is the least stressful place you can actually buy a car. Trace was very knowledgeable about cars and since I went to the dealership with my dad who is a huge car person, he seemed pleased. Nick the manager was very down to earth about negotiating pricing and was very transparent about the process. He was very friendly too! Linda for finances was down to earth as well and straight forward about the process and she really sealed the deal for the whole process. More

An all-around excellent experience This was our first Subaru purchase. We had visited another Subaru dealer previously and nothing felt right. My husband picked out the car online and reached out to Grand Subaru. Cameron responded and answered all of our questions promptly. When we met Cameron, we just got a good feeling, and by the time we test drove, we knew we had to buy it. Cameron spent time getting to know us and showing us the car. The all-around experience was excellent. Nick helped us finance the deal. He was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Cameron and Grand Subaru! More
