After an unpleasant experience at a different dealership my husband and I stopped by Royal Moore just for a quick look at their lot. We were soon (but not too soon) greeted by Brandon Lee. We explained what we were in the market for and shortly after he took us out for a test drive. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also really liked his intuition of knowing when to give my husband and I space to talk things over. Once we had made a decision and were ready to talk numbers we were next greeted by Nicholas Larson, the Customer Experience Manager.
