Nick Kiowtas is THE BEST!!! I did not purchase a Honda from this dealership, but from Autonation O"Hare---BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE!!! If I had done some research I would have gone to this dealership. I already wrote a 1 star review on their site, but am writing this because I just got off the phone with Nick, I up front told him that I was not calling to purchase a car, but had already bought one from the sleazy dealership Autonation O"Hare and wanted to ask him some questions. I have been lied to so many times by the con artists at Autonation that I wanted to get some information from a highly rated dealership. Nick took his time with me explaining the question I had. I bought my Honda from "The Bad Guys" back in September and they over charged me on several things, I questioned them when I signed the sales contract and was assured that I would get a refund if overcharged well........almost 5 months later!!!!!! no money. If you want to get a Honda SEE NICK!!! I was treated with more respect and honesty on the phone from a salesman knowing I was not going to buy a car from him than anyone at Autonation. More
