Hello. I recently got a 2017 Honda from your dealership in killeen. I purchased my used honda February 6th. From then i had played phone tag for 72 hours. O I recently got a 2017 Honda from your dealership in killeen. I purchased my used honda February 6th. From then i had played phone tag for 72 hours. Once telling me i got it, once telling me i don't and on and on for three days. Then i get the car. It breaks down on the highway. Lights up like a Christmas tree. They came and took it from my house to call me days later and tell me my transmission was completely destroyed. Keep in mind i had it for 4 hours and drove it for 20 minutes. After that they say it'll be a week till the new transmission arrives. One week goes by. Nothing. Two weeks. Nothing. Then they said they received it three weeks later. Then call me back and tell me it was damaged and i have to wait two more weeks. It took nearly two months for me to get my car. And then after receiving it. It has got a major oil leak around the engine filter. Tires are all deflating. Ac does not work. The car makes all types of rattling as if it was not put together correctly. I tried calling multiple times and they ignore my number. I showed up a week ago and they said that its not under warranty anymore which is false and continue not to answer me. If i don't get contacted by the dealership within 24 hours i will be going to the Better Business Bureau with a complaint on how your sales manager made a insurance policy under my Mother in laws name with no permission. Completely copy and pasted her signature onto an insurance policy. More
